Overview: Our company's specialist foundry technicians possess extensive experience in aluminium casting production, enabling them to independently develop and design products. The luggage racks for the CR380 EMU trains were entirely researched, developed and engineered by our technical team. Our aluminium casting production process boasts distinctive characteristics, featuring low levels of metallic impurity elements and high casting density. This capability allows us to undertake research and production of aluminium alloy series materials, as well as various high-strength, high-precision aluminium castings.
Upholding integrity, delivering sincere service, winning through quality
The company was established in 2002, possessing robust technical capabilities, high-level development and design expertise, sophisticated manufacturing processes, and comprehensive after-sales inspection equipment. Production and inspection facilities include die-casting machines, casting machines, low-pressure casting machines, aluminium melting furnaces, solution treatment furnaces, ageing furnaces, shot blasting machines, CNC lathes, machining centres, spectrometers, hardness testers, tensile testing machines, coordinate measuring machines, and X-ray real-time imaging systems, with an annual production capacity of 2,200 tonnes. The low-pressure casting machine acquired represents state-of-the-art domestic equipment for efficient aluminium alloy production. Utilising a PLC liquid-level pressurisation system, it enables automatic temperature control, automatic liquid ascent, and automatic pressure maintenance during moulding. This system offers precise temperature regulation and user-friendly operation, yielding castings characterised by minimal porosity, fine grain structure, and superior mechanical properties.
